Install instructions

If building from source:

1. Make sure you have Rust (programming language)  installed
2. Go to the folder
3. Run cargo build --release
4. Go to targets > release > cli_dictionary(.exe) 
5. Take the executable wherever you want, you have it built now

Else:

Just download the executable.
